Are luminaires which are suitable to   be held in hand during illumination, due to their design, properties, design   of handle, weight and flexibility covered by standard EN 60598-2-8:2013?

那些由于其本身的設(shè)計、特性、手柄設(shè)計、重量及靈活性導(dǎo)致的，在照明過程中適合手持的燈具，是否被EN 60598-2-8:2013所覆蓋？

The indicated standard EN   60598-2-8:2013 has to be applied for luminaires as described with the above-mentioned   construction properties and shown in the example (see pictures).

EN 60598-2-8:2013必須應(yīng)用于上述結(jié)構(gòu)特點的燈具，圖片中是符合這些結(jié)構(gòu)特性的燈具的例子。

The luminaires are dedicated to rough use according to EN 60598-1:2015   chap. 2.5 and chap. 1.2.54.

根據(jù) EN 60598-1:2015 2.5章節(jié)及1.2.54章節(jié)，這些燈具可用于惡劣條件使用。

Even if the manual does not cover the rough use of the luminaire, it   can be foreseen that the luminaire will be exposed to these conditions.

即使說明書沒有包含燈具的惡劣條件下使用，這類燈具在可預(yù)見的情況下，依然可被暴露于這些條件。

The shown lamp has a ?handle“ which can   be snapped by turning it down to the lamp case thus having the function of a   ?handle“, the ?handle“ has a mounting possibility for hanging the lamp up and   to fix it on a stand. In addition the lamp is suitable be used during manual   work (see pictures).

The lamp has the following dimensions:   Height about 19 cm; width about 16 cm; depth maximum about 11 cm; weight   about 1060 g (incl. power cord).

Remarks in the instruction manual   indicating that such a luminaire should not be used as a handlamp are not   sufficient to identify it as a portable lamp for general purposes.

If luminaires suggest to the user due   to their design and/or construction that they can be used as handlamps, the   manufacturer has to react in view of a reasonably foreseeable use.

如果由于他們的設(shè)計和/或結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致該燈具可能（暗示）被用作手提燈，制造商需對合理的可預(yù)見的使用做出反應(yīng)。

Handlamps are used during handicraft   works and on constructions sites. They have to meet the mechanical   requirements which result from rough operating conditions, please refer to EN   60598-1:2015, 1.2.54, Note 2.

手提燈是在手工作業(yè)和建筑工地上被使用，他們需滿足EN 60598-1:2015, 1.2.54, Note 2中提到的由于惡劣使用條件導(dǎo)致的機械要求。

The shown lamp unambiguously fulfils   all criteria of the scope of the above standard. Size, design, weight as well   as form of the handle imply that the lamp can be used as handlamp in terms of   the standard.

上述燈具毫無疑問滿足了上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍的所有要求。尺寸、設(shè)計、重量以及手柄的構(gòu)成都暗室了該燈可能被當(dāng)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條款規(guī)定的手提燈使用。

The handle is made is such a way that   the illumination in any direction is possible and performed.

手柄的制造使得在任何方向的照明都有可能且可以做到。

Due to its size and weight this lamp is   suitable for being kept in hand for a longer time. It is possible to illuminate   by hand motor compartments, inserted ceilings, cellar or even control   cabinets and maintenance clacks.

由于該燈的尺寸和重量都適合在手上長時間握持。它可被用于機動車箱、插入式天花板、地下室或者甚至是控制柜和檢修門的照明。
